This privacy statement applies to all business processes in Nortent AS, hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller.

The statement provides information about data processing carried out by the Data Controller and determines the purpose and means of the processing, as well as the data processing we perform on behalf of our customers based on their instructions. Processing of personal data is necessary for us to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data may also be used for the following purposes: sales, customer service contact, marketing, information, and accounting.

Explicit consent is obtained in advance for marketing via email/SMS.

By providing us with your personal information, you agree to the practices and terms described in this privacy statement. If you have objections regarding our processing of personal data, you also have the opportunity to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

Information collected Information may be registered and stored when you register at www.nettbutikk.no, when you contact sales and support via email, chat, or when you use our services.

Where do we store information about you - and with whom do we share information about you? Our e-commerce platform is provided by Mystore.no AS, and data is stored in their cloud services at Amazon Cloud Services (AWS) data center in Ireland.

Subcontractors The Data Controller also uses services provided by third parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information may be stored:

Vipps:
If you pay with Vipps in the online store (or our physical store), your phone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification.

Klarna:
If you pay with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as email, name, address, and social security number will be shared with Klarna for credit assessment.

Gsuite by Google:
Gsuite by Google is used, among other things, for handling email, documents (G Drive). Information is stored in these systems, and email correspondence or documents may be stored with Gsuite by Google.

Zendesk:
Zendesk is our system for handling email and chat correspondence. All incoming and outgoing emails and chat dialogs are stored in Zendesk.

Mailmojo:
Mailmojo is used for email marketing or newsletter distribution. Names and email addresses may be shared with Mailmojo.

Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visit patterns are stored.

Tripletex AS:
Tripletex is our accounting system, and data necessary for bookkeeping is stored here. Typical information includes name/address/orders/invoices.

Mystore Datakasse:
We use Mystore Datakasse as the point-of-sale solution in our physical store. Information related to your order is stored in Mystore Datakasse.

Adyen:
If you pay with Visa or Mastercard in our physical store, personal information such as card number will be sent to Adyen for payment processing.

Logistra:
Logistra is our provider of EDI solutions. When you shop in our online store, information such as name, phone number, and address is shared with Logistra for printing shipping documents and labels.

Bring:
We ship packages with Bring and thus share information related to shipping, such as name, phone number, and address.

Postnord:
We ship packages with Postnord and thus share information related to shipping, such as name, phone number, and address.

Crall.io
Crall.io uses cookies to identify a session and your user ID.
