1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices in the online store are stated in NOK or USD (Norwegian Krone).
With us, you can pay with both invoice and card via Klarna Checkout. Fast, safe, and easy.
Terms for payment deferment with an invoice can be found at the checkout.
2. SHIPPING
Most orders are on their way to you within xx days from the order date.
You also have the option to choose a different delivery address than your residential address.
Always check the items when you receive them. If the items are damaged during transport, please report it to the pickup location the same day as the item is received.
Packages that are not collected and subsequently returned to us will incur a cost, which will be deducted, up to 500,-.
3. RETURNS
You always have a 14-day full right of return when you shop with us. It's allowed to change your mind.
The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the item. Always keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep the product.
If you want to return your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping cost. Fill out the attached withdrawal form and send the package to:

4. COMPLAINTS
Are your items damaged? Please take a picture and send us an email, and we will assist you.
This means that you can either have the item repaired, replaced, get a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs you may have in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified.
When you want to file a complaint about a product, always contact us via email before returning the item.
If it concerns transport damage, the deadline in point 2 applies. The damage should be reported on the same day as the items are received.
